ECO-ENGINES OF THE NEW GENERATION
FOR PETROL, DIESEL AND GAS
LLC "Inter Motor Group",
a resident of the Skolkovo Innovation Center, is developing a new generation Piston Eco-engine of a unique design protected by international patents.
One of the goals of the project is to reduce the cost of energy from autonomous energy sources.

The main parameters of the generator are determined by its power plant, which uses traditional internal combustion engines.
An increase in the power indices of traditional ICEs is achieved, as a rule, by an increase in the volume of the engine, which gives rise to many concomitant problems with which all of human society has been actively struggling lately.
Increasing the efficiency of traditional internal combustion engines without losing their power leads to a significant increase in the cost of production.
What criteria should meet the most economical generator?
Low fuel consumption, large engine life, small dimensions and light weight, the minimum cost of one kilowatt of generated electricity.
Due to its characteristics, the new generation of ICE, presented to your attention, will give a powerful impetus to the market of gasoline, diesel and gas generators.
NEW GENERATION ENGINE (ICE NG )
The design of the ICE of the New Generation does not affect the theoretical foundations of gasoline, diesel and gas internal combustion engines, its difference lies only in a more efficient way of converting the energy of the working process.
Having the same power as the best foreign counterparts, ICE NGs for generators will have a smaller working volume, speed, fuel consumption, size and weight.
The characteristics of ICE NG will reduce production costs, for example, abandon new materials that can withstand a high degree of forcing, from combined boost and distributed fuel injection. It has fewer parts, so it will be cheaper to manufacture and more unpretentious in maintenance.
The new design allows the development of ICE NG for power generators
from 2 to 10,000 kW.
The design of the ICE of the New Generation has a world novelty and is protected
international patents until 2036.

INDICATORS ICE NG FOR GENERATORS
Power plants of generators with ICE NG will have significant advantages - achieving maximum power and high torque at low speeds, increasing engine life, lower fuel consumption, weight and size.
The results are based on a set of calculations for a new, patented kinematic scheme for a power take-off device from internal combustion engines.
The ICE NG indicators are confirmed by the research of specialists of the Belarusian National Technical University using modern computer modeling tools.
Powerful and economical power plants with internal combustion engines of the New Generation will meet not only current, but also future legislative requirements for environmental friendliness.
RELEASE OF COMPETITIVE PRODUCTS
Small-scale production of the ICE of the New Generation for small energy can be organized in any region and does not require huge expenses for its preparation.
In production, up to 80% of parts and systems (including the fuel system and control system) can be used from the serial, currently produced ICEs for similar purposes.
In this case, no additional work is required to fine-tune the working process of the engine.

NEW WAY TO CREATE A TORQUE
The ICE of the New Generation is much more economical, environmentally friendly and more powerful than its gasoline, gas and diesel counterparts thanks to the patented power take-off (PTO), which replaces the traditional crank mechanism (CM) and transfers the energy of burning gases to the engine output shaft more efficiently.
The innovation of the new drive consists in transferring the reciprocating motion of the pistons to the two-sided rotation of the power take-off shafts, which allows not to lose a significant part of the working force, which is absorbed by the crankshaft's own movement.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ICE NG
The unique characteristics of the ICE of the New Generation can effectively optimize the operating modes of the motor generator drive.
The tasks of the intelligent system are to select the optimal values of the controlled parameters according to the criterion of the minimum operational fuel consumption and the maximum efficiency of the power plant as a whole.
